Weekly tariff range is £450 - £620 dependant on duration of stay and season.

- Christmas / New Year: £600
The price of the accommodation includes a welcome food and drinks basket, use of bed linen/towels, cleaning, electricity and central heating.
A basket of logs for the stove can be provided for winter visitors.
Arriving at Thomas Paine’s Cottage
We intend to provide accommodation that suits your needs and recognize that arrival times for international visitors can be unpredictable. For this reason visitors will be able to let themselves into the cottage on arrival via the use of a coded lock, the number code will be sent prior to arrival. In order to provide an efficient cleaning service in the cottage we ask that you try and arrange arrivals for after 3pm on the day of arrival. We will endevour to meet visitors at the cottage as soon after arrival as convenient.
Staying at Thomas Paine’s Cottage
A comprehensive collection of tourist information is provided in the cottage together with a cottage handbook detailing local facilities. For the enjoyment of all our guests we would ask that a few guidelines are observed. To preserve the fabric of this historic building for future generations and protect from fire we would rather that smoking was kept outside the cottage. The antique furnishings of the cottage are unsuitable for pets and so we can not accept pets. Occasional accidents are unavoidable, if you break something please tell us and we will endeavour to put things right with the least cost or inconvenience to you or the people following.
Departing Thomas Paine’s Cottage
To help us improve the experience for future visitors please take the time to leave the feedback form completed. On the day of departure we ask that you leave before 10 am to allow efficient cleaning for all our visitors.
Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your visit if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation however if this were not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for this accommodation.
The accommodation is booked on the basis that it is used as holiday accommodation and there is no right to remain in the cottage after the expiration of the rental period.
